Video: Winter Royal Icing Cookies

Learn how to make jumper cookies, woolly hat cookies and mitten cookies with Renshaw Royal Icing and Rainbow Dust ProGel Food Colours. This tutorial was created by Renshaw Academy Ambassador, Chef Nicholas Lodge for The Perfect Match campaign.

Baking Ingredients

  • Pre-baked cookies in various shapes e.g. mittens, jumpers, woolly hats
  • Decorating Ingredients

  • 400 g Renshaw Royal Icing
  • Rainbow Dust Red ProGel
  • Cooled, boiled water
    1. You will need: 4 containers with lids, palette knife, 4 piping bags, elastic bands, no.4 nozzle, no. 233 or 44 nozzle, scraper, scissors, and a small needle or pin (for flooding). Optional: If you're using reusable piping bags, you will also need a no.1 and no.2 nozzle.
    2. Bake cookies of your choice and allow to cool before decorating.
